These Terms of Service apply to the website and piano services offered by Apex Piano, operating under ERIC ROBERTS DBA STUDIO 43 LLC (“Apex Piano,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Piano Services

We provide acoustic piano tuning, pitch stabilization, action lubrication, condition assessments, repairs, regulation, voicing, and other services agreed upon with the customer.

The services included in your appointment are those listed in your booking confirmation or otherwise agreed upon before work begins. Additional repairs, parts, cleaning, or restoration are not included unless specifically stated. We will explain any recommended additional work and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Pricing and Payment

Current service pricing is available on our website and through our online booking system. Your appointment price will be confirmed when booking.

Unless another arrangement is agreed upon, payment is due upon completion of service. Any additional charges will be disclosed and approved before the additional work begins.

Changes to published prices do not change the price of an already confirmed appointment unless you request different services and agree to the updated price.

Appointments and Access

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate service address and reasonable access to the piano. Please clear items from the piano and provide adequate space for the technician to work.

Appointment times and arrival estimates may be affected by traffic, weather, or the needs of an earlier service visit. We will communicate significant scheduling changes as promptly as practical.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Any applicable cancellation or missed-appointment fee will be disclosed before your booking is confirmed.

Piano Condition and Tuning Results

Each piano’s condition affects the services it can receive and the results that can be achieved. Age, wear, structural issues, loose tuning pins, damaged components, and changes in temperature or humidity may affect tuning stability and performance.

Pianos that have gone an extended period without tuning may require pitch correction, additional tuning visits, or repairs. We will discuss these needs with you before performing work beyond the agreed service.

A tuning appointment does not guarantee that a piano will remain at its tuned pitch for a specific period. We may decline or stop work if the instrument’s condition makes the requested service unsafe or impractical.

Condition Reports and Recommendations

Condition reports describe observations made during the appointment. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, they are not appraisals, guarantees of future performance, or comprehensive evaluations of every internal component.

Recommendations for repairs or future service are provided to help you make informed decisions about your piano’s care.

Service Concerns

If you have a concern about work we performed, contact us promptly so we can review it and discuss an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Apex Piano Text Messaging Program

Customers may opt in to receive text messages from Apex Piano through our website chat widget or another clearly disclosed consent method.

Depending on the consent provided, messages may include:

• Responses to piano service inquiries and booking assistance.

• Appointment confirmations and reminders.

• Scheduling changes and technician arrival updates.

• Reminders to schedule future tuning and occasional service offers, where separate marketing consent has been provided.

Marketing consent is separate from consent to informational or transactional messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier with questions about your messaging or data plan.

To unsubscribe: Reply STOP to a message from us. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent through that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery is not guaranteed. For time-sensitive appointment matters, please call us.
